I'm Brett Wilcox, the owner of 57 Peaks. Sitka, Alaska, the place I call home, is located on the 57th parallel. Big thanks to a close friend for pointing out that fact and suggesting 57 Peaks as the name of this store. Sitka sits in the middle of the Tongass National Rainforest, the world's largest temperate rainforest. As millions of people from around the world know so well, the Tongass is one of Mother Nature's most magnificent creations. 57 Peaks primarily features products adorned with artwork from the world's consummate artist, Mother Nature herself. And many of the images used in our products come from Sitka. I hope you enjoy 57 Peaks products as much as my friends and I enjoy creating them.
