When I first created the Polar Bear image used for our Polar Bear Leggings, it resonated at a deep and even spiritual level. A mother Polar Bear and her two cubs surviving and thriving in some of Nature's most brutal conditions. I felt deep awe and respect for these majestic creatures. But they were all alone on the ice. Or were they? That's when I felt moved to replace the cold, gray sky with what appears to be the Spirit Protectors of these magnificent animals. Bears are not alone and neither are we. This design features a solid black background, giving even greater attention to this family and their Protectors.
